Ricardo Cruz Gomez
Senior Vice President, Science and TechnologyRicardo is a versatile project manager with over 25 years of experience in various fields and is a former U.S. Navy Medical Service Corps Officer. He has been a professor of Project Management at Seattle Central College and Year Up, a nationwide technology training program. Ricardo’s project leadership spans both government and private sectors. He is an expert in emergency management, business continuity planning, tactical combat casualty care, and information technology. He also led the development and administration of DATAMINION, a SaaS artificial intelligence platform for workflow automation and document intelligence. Highlights of his career include: the California Energy Assurance Plan and California Statewide Business Continuity Program development, the California Department of Food and Agriculture Hoof and Mouth Disease and Avian Flu Response, Covered California Security Assessment and Business Continuity Planning, development and evaluation of full-scale terrorism exercises, as well as medical technology systems training of doctors and nurses.
